Cuban Mahogany, Brass. History: This is most probably a special commission made around 1940. Mogens Lassen designed his famous "Egyptienne" coffee table with a similar circular top and carved raised edge around 1939-1940, as well as a very similar single lounge table for Mr Bording, which combined an identical circular top on a four-legged metal frame.
